Estimator / Project Manager
We are currently looking for full time person to help take our company to the next level! Over the last 22 years, we have grown to be one of the to leading Restoration companies in Arizona and we need help to continue our growth. We are looking for a motivated Estimator/Project Manager. Description
-
Initial contact with the customer and assessment of water damage.
-
Estimate scope of the water damage.
-
Securing the project (sales).
-
Directly instructing and supervising T 7 T Cleaning & Restoration, LLC personnel.
-
Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
-
Representation on T & T Cleaning & Restoration, LLC emergency mitigation on-call management rotation
-
Communication with insurance adjusters and T & T Cleaning & Restoration, LLC staff.
Qualifications
-
In-home sales experience preferred (sales experience required)

Must be confident with the ability to close the deal.

Must be a great rapport builder who understand the need for trust building in the sales environment.

Valid driver’s license.

Must have a clean driving record and background check.

Project Manager Experience is a plus.

Customer services oriented sales professional.
